Makes enough to freeze.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat half the oil in large skillet over low heat. Saute the onions slowly in two batches.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 14 ~4 oz balls, and flatten into patties.
  3. Spray Pam onto and heat the George Foreman grill. Fry patties for about 5 minutes, three at a time and keep them in the lower oven on warm.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the onions. Stir in flour with a fork, incorporating some drippings from the GF Grill as you stir.
  5. Gradually mix in the chicken broth and sherry. Season with seasoned salt. Simmer and stir over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, until the gravy thickens.
  6. Turn heat to low, return patties, 5 at a time, to the gravy. Cover, and simmer for a bit before popping them into containers to freeze.
  7. Add half a bullion cube and a cup of water and remaining 4 patties to simmer for 15 minutes before serving.
